NETROKONA: Some 44 BNP leaders and activists, including the vice president of Atpara Thana BNP Abdul Mannan Manu, were sued with Atpara Thana of the district.

President of Teligati Union Awami League in the Atpara Upazila ATM Shahiduzzaman Abdul Halim filed the lawsuit on Thursday afternoon.

Officer-in-Charge of Atapara Thana Salemuzzaman confirmed the matter to banglanews.

On Wednesday (October 23), during a discussion meeting of BNP, a clash broke out between the leaders and activists of local Awami League and BNP at the Teligati High School field, leaving some 10 people from both the parties injured.
