DHAKA: Opposition BNP acting secretary general Mirza Fakhrul Islam Alamgir said his party would give its reaction in time over the Prime Minister’s proposal on all party polls-time government.

He made the development before the press at BNP Chairperson’s Gulshan Political office at 9:15pm on Friday.

Fakhrul also said, “We are scrutinizing the Prime Minister’s address to the nation to the point. BNP will let you (Press) know its reaction in time.”

Earlier in the evening, Prime Minister Sheikh Hasina proposed opposition party to form an all-party poll-time government.

She also urged leader of the opposition Khaleda Zia to propose name for the government.

She came up with the plea while addressing the nation.

Sheikh Hasina said, “We want to hold the election with participation of all parties. My proposal to the opposition party is that we can form an all-party election-time government.”
