DHAKA: Awami League advisory committee member, also minister without portfolio Suranjit Sengupta alleged that BNP was involved directly with leak of the verdict of Salahuddin Quader and Skype scam.

He came up with the allegation while addressing a discussion at the auditorium of Institute of Diploma Engineers’ in the capital on Friday morning.

Claming no relation of law ministry with the verdict, Suranjit Sengupta said, “The persons behind the leak should be brought under trail.”

He also said, “The verdict can’t be questioned if two pages of its draft was being leaked. A verdict is not a verdict till judge pronounces it and there is no chance to spread confusion.”

Suranjit sen again added that BNP would be infamous if they ever tried to tarnish the verdict.

In the meantime, BNP has been proved as the party of war criminals, he said.
