A Dhaka court granted bail to Milton Samaddar, Chairman of Child and Old Age Care Ashram in the case of forgery of death certificate through fraud.

Dhaka Metropolitan Sessions Judge Jaglul Hossain granted Milton bail on Monday (July 15).

Tapas Kumar Pal, Additional Public Prosecutor of the Metropolitan Sessions Judge Court of Dhaka confirmed the matter.

The Detective Branch (DB) of Dhaka Metropolitan Police (DMP) on May 1 arrested Milton Samadder, in a drive from the capital’s Mirpur area.

The police registered three cases against him in Mirpur Model Police Station on charges of forgery, human trafficking and assault and attempted murder.
