DHAKA: Sajeeb Ahmed Wazed Joy, the son of Prime Minister Sheikh Hasina asserted that it’s impossible to defeat Awami League in the next general polls if the activists efforts thoroughly.

He came up with the observation after a meeting with Awami League secretary level and members of election steering committee at party president’s political office at city’s Dhanmondi on Tuesday.

Joy said, “Awami League has a tremendous diehard supporters throughout the country and leaders- activists should stay in touch with them for the next election, and for the unity of the party.”

While talking about his tour, Joy told journalists that it’s an ongoing campaign process and he will move through the Upazilas and villages after district level campaigns.
