The Bangladesh Meteorological Department today (Nov 20) forecasted that weather may remain dry in the next 24 hours, commencing at 9am over the country, with chances of light rain at one or two places over Chattogram division.

According to BMD’s bulletin, weather may remain dry with a temporary partly cloudy sky over the country, having chances of light rain or drizzle at one or two places over Chattanooga division.

Seasonal low lies over South Bay, extending its trough to North Bay.

The country's maximum temperature on Tuesday was recorded at 32.5 degrees Celsius at Sitakunda, while the minimum temperature today was recorded at 15.0 degrees Celsius at Tetulia, it added.

Night and day temperatures may fall slightly over the country. Light to moderate fog may occur at places over the country from late night until early morning.

Today's sunset is at 05:11 pm, while tomorrow's sunrise at 06:18am in the capital.
