HSC result on July 15

DHAKA: Results of the Higher Secondary Certificate (HSC) and its equivalent examinations will be published on July 15 to decide the academic fate of over seven hundred thousand students.

Education Minister Nulrul Islam Nahid Tuesday disclosed the decision to journalists at his secretariat office.

Nahid said the chairman of every education board would hand over the results to Prime Minister Sheikh Hasina at 9:30 am on July15 while the Education Ministry publish the results through press conference at 12 noon.

“Prime Minister Sheikh Hasina for the first time would talk to the students of two colleges through videoconferencing on the day,” he added.

This year, a total of 736,373 candidates took part in the HSC examinations under 10 education boards, including Vocational and Madrasa boards. The examinations started on April 1.
