RAJSHAHI UNIVERSITY: The students of Rajshahi University went on strike demanding reduction of extended course fee and cancellation of evening masters course.

Following the strike, students locked all the academic buildings and supporting the demonstration they were chanting slogans.

The students said that tougher movement will be declared if their demands are not met.

On the other hand, Proctor Professor Dr Tarikul Hasan said that a representative team led-by pro vice-chancellor will sit with demonstrators for discussion in this regard.
