DHAKA: Investors saw moderate fall in the benchmark indices of country`s bourses on Thursday.

The key index of Dhaka Stock Exchange, DSEX, shed over 27 points only to stand at 4200 at the close on the last trading day of the week.

Trade deals stood at 118,543 with volume of transactions at Tk 3,675 million.

Of the issues traded, 79 advanced, 170 declined and 39 remained unchanged.

APOLOISPAT topped the turnover list with shares worth Tk 316 million having changed hands.

The other turnover leaders were GOLDENSON, RNSPIN, GENNEXT, ARGONDENIM BAYLEASING, BENGALWTL, PTL, BANKASIA and DELTALIFE.

Chittagong stocks also followed the suit, with the CSE Selective Categories Index climbing down to 8,254 by dropping over 52 points.
 
Out of the issues traded, 37 gained, 150 declined and 20 remained unchanged.
