DHAKA: All the branches of scheduled banks of the country will remain open on Friday.

The Bangladesh Bank took the decision following the nonstop blockade and frequent hartal called by opposition BNP-led 18-party alliance.

The central bank assistant spokesperson AFM Asaduzzaman confirmed the matter to banglanews on Wednesday afternoon.
